The hotel is located next to the South Gate, let's call it the South Gate. Across the road is the ancient city wall and moat, which is convenient for travel. The room facilities are good, larger than the previous one, and it is not bad to live in. As for mosquitoes and small insects, I haven't noticed them yet. Maybe they also start hibernating in December? There are small ants, but they can be ignored.
The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. There is an elevator up and down. Compared with hotels of the size of a homestay, the elevator is very friendly to large boxes😃
There is a restaurant or a cafe next to the hotel lobby. The breakfast is Westernized but delicious. I forgot to take pictures of the dishes, haha! Although it is a little more expensive than eating out, it is worth it.
The room facing the street where we stayed was basically not noisy with the windows closed, and there were fewer passing vehicles after 10:30 pm.
As for what is Lanna style, I need to slowly check it out in the future.

I stayed from 12/30 to 1/2.
Because it's far from Nimmanhaemin, there was no noise and I slept well.
The place was generally clean, and even though I'm sensitive to smells, there was no unpleasant smell of damp towels or bedding at all, so I had a very pleasant stay.

Not a bad hotel, located in the old town. Breakfasts are a la carte, the choice is not big, if you take for 2-3 days, then it is ok, if longer - then it is better to book without breakfast and eat somewhere else, there are many cafes with delicious breakfasts within walking distance. Parking for 4 cars is next to the hotel. In the room on the second floor you can hear the noise from the road.

Two elderly families went on a self-guided tour of Chiang Mai.
