Staff are very friendly. I arrived much earlier. They recommend I take a light meal while they prepare my room immediately. Room are much cleaner than I expected. 3rd floor has a shared laundry place. You can wash and hang your clothes there. Washing machine are occupied most of the time . I wash in my bathroom and dry there. Location are strategic. Close to Tha Pha gate. Which mean close to amenities. Restaurant and convenient store are within walking distance. There's a night market opposite Tha Pha gate. So you could buy food and went back hotel to enjoy by the pool.

When we arrived at Somwang hotel they told us they were under construction so we would have to move to another one of the hotels. The other hotel was not within the city walls. We were not happy. No notification from either the hotel or ***********. We had no choice but to move. Fortunately, the other hotel was so much nicer and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay He Tai hotel.
