I came here once last year and I stayed here again this year. It's opened by a local Thai. The housekeeper from last year is still here this year. There is no change after a year. It's comfortable, warm and very good.

The hotel environment is very good, with a small courtyard and a temple next door. There are many restaurants around, and it is recommended to walk around the small streets nearby, which is very interesting. The triple room I stayed in has a large bathtub. You have to take off your shoes when entering the hotel. There are shoe cabinets separated by room number at the door, which is quite convenient. There is no elevator, and the waiter can help with the luggage. Complaints: 3 people stayed, and the demand for water was relatively large. On the first day, 3 bottles of water were given. On the second day, the supply of water began to be reduced, saying that the extra water given before would be reduced later. It was speechless. Don't eat in the room, it attracts ants!

It's very quiet in the alleys in the north of the ancient city. Lanna style, the boss and staff are friendly, There is a well-known sushi restaurant next to it and a family Thai restaurant in the back. There is a famous ancient temple at the entrance of the alley.

The room is very clean, bright, beautiful, and antique. The bathroom is comfortable and large. There was no inconvenience during the four-day stay. It was very comfortable. Every waiter was very polite and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this hotel, especially this room type.

If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will consider it!

I stayed here for 5 days. If I hadn’t brought 3,000 RMB with me and kept it in my wallet in the room, I wouldn’t have counted it because I didn’t think such low-level theft would happen. I stayed here for 9 nights while in Chiang Mai and couldn't have been happier about my choice. This small boutique hotel is conveniently located near the moat road that runs around the Old Town but is set back from the street so it's quiet and peaceful. The garden area outside the hotel is small but there's a wonderful little koi pond. The rooms are huge and comfortable with more than adequate air conditioning. There is a robe and slippers provided, which I personally appreciated. There is a safe, a blow dryer, a hot water kettle, and coffee and tea provided. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There's no hotel restaurant nowadays but it's easy enough to get breakfast nearby. I often went to Fern Forest cafe. Laundry services are provided for a small fee. I would gladly stay there again.
