Located really well for exploring the old town on foot, but next to a slightly noisy main road - this makes getting a taxi very easy. No lift to the third floor but not a problem if you’re mobile. Bath was big and water very hot. Balcony for smoking. This room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Great value for money overall. The view was great too, and there was a great Burmese restaurant a few doors down which I ricommend as well as a great vegan restaurant 1 minute away.

The room was clean. The location is close to Tha Pae Gate. It is recommended to stay while visiting Tha Pae Gate Night Market on weekends.

At first, I was not satisfied with the room on the first floor and wanted to change it, but the space was quite large, and it was said that the others were full, because the front desk said that there were only nine rooms in the whole building (but I counted It should have been eleven, four floors, three on the first three floors, only two on the fourth floor, and the area is the largest according to the floor plan. It is estimated that it is also a parent-child room) so I just stayed in, and I got used to it later. There is no change. Generally speaking, it is quite satisfactory. The hotel location is very good. There is convenience store next to the hotel. Many famous cafe in Chang Moi road is reachable by walking in 5 mins. The room design is very attractive. Suite room on 3rd floor is spacious with big tub. Staffs is helpful without hesitation. Only thing that I can't see lift in this building, it may be bothersome if you can big luggage.
