Good price quality. Simple, outdated, with great location. The hotel would upgrade greatly if they update some furniture, painting and clean better!

Booked an extra night just before because we arrived at night with the train. room was very dirty, was not cleaned. room looked very outdated.
For second booking we got another room which was cleaned but had a very painfull mattress with hard springs.
Asked for a better mattress and got another room. Mattress was a little let painfull but still not comfortable. Put 2 thick blankets on top of the mattress to make it a little bit better.
Room was full of insect cocoons, asked if the cleaning lady would clean this but she didn't do this.
Swimming pool from the other hotel was big but cold water, still nice.
Coffee was not tasty at all
Owners were nice.

This is a very old hotel in an excellent location and staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel must not have been renovated since it was built in and this is reflected in the decor and cleanliness of the rooms so be prepared. However, housekeeping is offered daily and the amenities are good. There isn’t breakfast available but for me this really wasn’t a problem due to the amount of cafes, restaurants and a 7/11 that are all within a few minutes walk. For the price and location it can’t be beat as long as you come with realistic expectations.

This is my go to place in CM. I wasn't able to walk this trip due to my knee. No food service at this hotel but that is okay. GRAB bike and car was very cheap and easy accessible. The pool was clean and convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll be back again soon.

A hotel in the center of Chiang Mai. The staff were cheerful and welcoming, which left a good impression. The location was good and the price was low, but the building is old and the interior of the rooms is a bit worn out. The air conditioning system is also old.

The room smells bad. The toilet and sewage smell. The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel, and the only chairs available to guests of this hotel are crappy chairs. There is often a shortage of shampoo and towels every day during cleaning.
