I loved the hotel, very good location in the heart of Chiang Mai but still very quiet. The interior and ambient of the hotel is very lovely. The staff is nice and helpful! Only downside was our bedding was probably old and had a few stains. The rest was clean and comfortable.a

The location of the hotel is in the old city. Although it is a homestay, it has an elevator and it is very convenient to take a taxi anywhere. It is close to Thapae Gate. Most of the people living there are Europeans and Americans. It is relatively quiet, the service is good, and the environment is OK.

The staff were very friendly. Bicycles can be rented for free, so we rode around Chiang Mai. However, there was no explanation about the TV remote control. Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I plan to stay here again.

I cannot say enough positive things about my family’s experience here! The staff was extremely helpful with great recommendations on food and activities. They even helped us to pickup baby supplies when we ran out as we didn’t know where to find them! The aesthetic of the hotel was very charming and is located on a quiet street which was perfect for our family. We were walking distance to most of the attractions that interested us.

My mom and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Chankam Boutique Hotel for 9 days. The service was excellent, and it was on one of the quietest, prettiest streets in Chiang Mai, with little local food and convenience shops just around the corner. I would highly recommend this place, and would absolutely stay here again!
