The price on Friday night was too high. It's not worth.

Nice place by the river.
There is a very small pool.
The place is located right next to a fairly busy street so noise from cars and motorcycles passing by could get a bit loud at times.

If you're worried about the location... I don't think this distance will be inconvenient at all. It's enough to go anywhere by Bolt or Grab.
I think it would be comfortable to stay with 2 or 3 people rather than alone.
Clean, neat, washroom** It looks pretty to me too? It's a clean accommodation.
I definitely want to go back next time I have the chance.
