Reasonable price with good location and helpful staff. It's near Night Barza but the area is not crowded or noisy. Room quite old but not that bad. Enough facilities with a good size of pool to cool you down in the afternoon.

Fair price and locates near Chiang Mai night bazaar. The room also clean but I can hear noise from others rooms.

There were 16 of for 6 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms for 4day/3nights. It was a lousy experience at Kampaeng Ngam. The pictures you see is not what you get. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. 1) On the first day, the lift (elevator) does not work but was fixed only after we complained. 2) The rooms only has 1 mirror each in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the room when the bathroom/wc was occupied. This not a norm for hotel rooms. 3) The telephone in the room does not work. We were told "it's a telco issue and they are getting it fixed" - it was not fixed throughout our stay. 4) Same for the Wi-Fi. After login with password given, message says "connected with no internet". We were told it will be fixed but it was not even till the day we left. Last Sept 2023, there were 8 and we stayed at the Amorae Tapae Hotel - it was a wonderful experience. Everything work perfectly and the room rate was cheaper than Kampaeng Ngam with breakfast included. (Kampaeng charged a higher rate with NO breakfast.)

Room on the first floor near the road. Little bit noisy. Clean. Aircon is good. Check-in was fast

Hotel hood location for quick walk to the Night Market. Only issue we had was that both rooms we booked did not have hand soap,face cloths or hand towels (only two bath towels). Now I know I could have called and requested, but it would have been good to have them there already. Staff were really nice and helpful, very friendly.

Excellent location for first visit the old town of Chiangmai

Decent hotel , The staff at reception were very attentive and helpful . Walking distance to night bazaar but a bit far from Saturday n Sunday Walking street

Great return to the price. Clean and good

This was a really great hotel. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in Chiang Mai and for the price this is definitely one of the best and one I’d stay at again great service at the hotel, and just across the road there’s a fantastic shop for laundry and scooter rental. Room was large and clean with a comfy bed. There’s not much more you can ask for at the price.

At first, I was disappointed with the smell of the room and the blankets were stuck I guess I felt the dust from there. But thanks to their service because everything I asked them was done with manners. ☺️❤️

An old hotel with a very Thai style, with a large public space in the hotel. The room is dominated by wood, and the room can also be divided into a study and a cloakroom, and there is also a sofa for sunbathing. The decoration needs to be old-fashioned, but it is quite neat and does not feel dirty. The mattress and pillows are suitable for me, and I slept very well! The water power is good, but it is a bit annoying to adjust the water temperature. It's a pity that the air conditioner is not strong enough, and I can't feel the coolness on the bed at all. Finally, the hotel gave me a fan! The closet area is very small, no clothes can be hung, the curtains are not blackout, the room is already very bright in the morning.
