The hotel is excellent very clean peaceful and well managed. The service is outstanding and the staff is polite and professional also location is convenient making it easy to get around and find restaurants nearby

Best hotel experience in my life. Loved the smell, music, bed and all. The restaurant is so good that I had all 3 meals there. Will stay again for sure if in Chiang Mai. Hope Inside House will expand into other cities as well!

This is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The location in the old city is perfect. You can walk to many different restaurants, shops and there is a 7/11 a minute away from the hotel. From the moment you arrive you feel like you've entered into a new world. Amp one of the staff members made our experience so wonderful. All the staff are incredible and the pool is stunning! They offer complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, which is the greatest thing we have ever experienced. We will be back just for this hotel itself!

A very nice hotel. Staffs are all very nice and helpful. Although some installation in the room is not user friendly, the room is generally very nice and according to our expectations. Food, especially the breakfast, is good and with various selections.

I love the breakfast & high tea set.
Just the second day they did not refill the mini bar for me.
