The staff is super friendly and professional.
The hotel is impecable.
They have several choices for breakfast, and it was delicious.
The location is great, very close to some astonishing temples. And F&B outlets.

The moment I walked in, the lobby's elegant decor and warm lighting made me feel welcome. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and efficient, and the room is brilliant, very nice and cozy, also the location is perfect, close to those famous temples and bars.

Good location in the middle of old city. Easily to walk around hotel, have many spots such as beautiful temple, famous restaurant, walking street. The room is very clean and staffs are very nice.

I stayed in the hotel for almost a week and it was a very satisfactory experience...The hotel is perfectly located in a spot if you are looking for a night life experience in Chiang Mai,you also have nothing to worry during the daytime because it is surrounded by different eateries, restaurants and coffee shop...The most wonderful thing here in this hotel is the hotel staff...They can speak English and they can easily guide you in every question,request and inquiry that you may possibly ask....Chiang Mai gave me an unforgettable experience ...It will be my choice of hotel the next time that I am going to visit the area..

Great location, helpful staff, and a nice hotel with an exceedingly pleasant environment.
The room is tidy and neat, with a hairdryer and clothes hangers provided. The square footage is generous, offering a sense of luxury. The furniture is modern and updated. The location is even better—within walking distance of Tha Pae Gate and lots of fantastic dining places.
Would love to stay here again!
