This was the coziest, coolest and chillest hotel I have ever stayed at. Excellent service from all staff members.
The room is small but super comfortable with modern finishes. A big bonus is the massive TV in the room with Netflix and Youtube available.
The swimming pool was great and the loungers next it was awesome.
Breakfast was enjoyable, a small selection of western and thai dishes, but I didn’t feel like I missed anything, definitely an added bonus for the price.
I would go back to Chiang Mai just to spend a week at the hotel.
Coffee and water always available.
Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is not small or big, but the feel is very good, the mood is very good. The room is also okay, the TV is very big, very satisfying, you can watch Netflix. The air is cool, the bed is soft, the staff is polite, the breakfast is delicious. I will definitely come back here again.

The staff provided very good service, but the area in the hotel was not very clean, quite old and shabby, the sheets and blankets were quite old and had stains, the swimming pool was not very clean, there were rust stains and some broken mirrors.

The service staff at POR Santitham are warm and friendly; the room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom has a fixed shower head, no hand-held shower head; breakfast includes tossed chicken, fried rice, various salty vegetables, and a basic bread and jam salad bar; but for dining, the Por Tha Pae Gate branch is recommended .
