Opposite Maya mall, convenient location to grab food and supermarkets. Room is basic with a long table so there’s plenty of space to put your stuffs. However we found the room to be rather dark at night. Would be great if the lights were brighter. Smart tv available. The aircon is very cold no matter how I try to change the temperature. We stayed on the 4th floor (city view), and we could hear loud music from downstairs that goes on till late night. Breakfast is good (not much vegan options). Staffs are very friendly.

Book bedroom suite mountain view - room v spacious and king bed very comfortable.
Since it has a kitchen, would be a great idea to provide knives or cutting board? Washing detergent? Ascott is more equipped.
Toilet layout is perfect for couples but not so for normal friends. If one is using toilet or bathing or showering, others can’t use as there’s no separate door for toilet and shower/bath tub.
Overall, it’s a pleasant stay. Will stay again when I next go to Chiang Mai.

The hotel was ok but impossible to sleep before midnight due to the noise from the street (and I had requested a quiet room so I was on the higher floors). There is a bar in front with a group singing every night until midnight.
Also the pool was super cold, the steam sauna was out of service and most of the gym equipment were not in working condition.
Definitely not worth the price and to be a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is a good location, super easy to walk around to One Nimman and Maya shopping mall just across the street. Very nice service from staffs especially K.Bomb (a reception man) He is very nice and service mind. Take very good care of me and all customers. The lobby is nice. Fitness and pool is great. Breakfast is okay. All amenity are provided ie. Toothbrush hairdryer, bathtub, shampoo(mix conditioner) body wash, and etc. I would love to come back here again next time.

The location is great & accessible to nearby old town & other attractions. Right below is a small community mall designed to resemble a Japanese theme street with eateries & pubs. Across the street is Maya mall. Checking in & out was a breeze & a special shout out to Bomb at the front desk for his friendly & good service from the moment we step into the hotel. Room is cosy and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is decent with variety of food choices. The indoor swimming pool & gym was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, quality & exceptional service！👍
