The location is absolutely fantastic as it is directly opposite of Maya in case need to have quick food and buy souvenirs at the supermarket. The birthday decoration with balloons and cake and all weee really sweet gestures. I think the customer service at the reception and massage were better than Ritz-Carlton Bangkok. The masseuse, Laura, was super!
We heard airplanes and motorcycles rime to time but had earplugs to use so it was not a big problem.
The windows were all dirty by the bathtub and basin mirror location is inconvenient and no space to put toiletries.
All in all, still good place to stay!
