- Good location (right next to SP Chicken in the center of the old town)
- Air conditioning in the bedroom worked.

Wi-Fi speed is reasonable
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, so the cleanliness itself is good, but it has a bit of a smell.
There were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom. I can't even remember how many I caught during my 4-day stay.
It must have been a long time since the paint was applied, but when I climb up the bunk bed using a ladder, there are peels on my palms and soles.
