It’s a very comfy and cozy hotel. The room is small but sweet. No worries, super clean! Staffs are nice and helpful! Always helping. They got laundry room, price is cheap. I love the room is ancient retro Thai style. I had stayed three nights and move to another area of Ching Mai. IThe Massage right next to it is nice. Cross the road coffee bread brunch is recommended.

Everything is super nice, but the mattress is so really bad. Very bouncy and you can feel the other person’s every tiny movement.

Rooms are simply furnished with mostly distressed wood. They are a bit outdated, and bathrooms are not separated shower. Many rooms do not have windows, so they are very dark. When it's priced below 1000 or very, very low, thousands of baht are good value, but once u r paying 1300+thb, it's not worth it.
