I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and was quite disappointed despite the hotel looking new and modern. Bathroom leak on day 1 — water kept pooling near the toilet. I reported it, and staff only gave me an extra rug. Window leak on day 2 during heavy rain — water came in through the window and through to the floor. I showed the reception photo/video. Again, just more rugs. No apology, no room change, no follow-up. Other issues: Very noisy cleaning staff shouting in hallways and poor soundproofing—I could hear cars, planes, and people constantly. The only good thing was the location near Nimman.

When I stayed the hotel, I feel very comfortable. The room was on the fifth floor, so the view from the window was amazing. In addition, the staff was also very friendly.

The hotel is about 15mins drive from the airport, 10mins walk to MAYA shopping mall, Think park & One Nimman. It provides all the basics, free bottle of water per pax everyday. Bed was comfy but pillow abit soft & flat. The hair dryer is the smallest I have seen so far, it takes such a long time to dry ladies' hair. One of the wall mount bed side table is loose & seems to be falling off.
