The hotel is new and clean for reasonable hotel rate. It is small but fully equipped with comfortable facilities. All hotel associates including front office, f&b, housekeeping, etc. are friendly and professional.
I had unique experience during our family’s stay. my mother got sick and was sent to a hospital. The front office associates were very helpful and supportive. During my extended stay, all of them sincerely care about my mother’s recovery.
There are small things to be fine-toned since it’s a newly opened hotel. I see daily improvements during my stay.
Before we are leaving, they send flowers and a card to my mother who is very touched.
I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is a mix of French and Thai design styles. All the waiters are very friendly. The design of the room is especially in line with my personal preferences. The bathroom and bedroom are completely separated, and the balcony room makes the air fresh. Starting this year, burning the mountain before spring plowing in Chiang Mai is basically prohibited, so you can enjoy the perfect sunset from the hotel swimming pool. The hotel is a little far from the ancient city in terms of location, but after getting familiar with it, walking from the hotel along the moat to the ancient city every day is a pleasant enjoyment. Facilities: This hotel is newly renovated, and the facilities are all new. The shower in the morning was not very hot, but the elderly said it was quite hot at night.
The service was good. The CI was called May when we checked in, and she was quite enthusiastic. We borrowed mosquito repellent when we checked in, and she also helped us rent a car at night, which was quite enthusiastic.
