I feel so regretful that I only stay 2nights at this hotel. I wish I could stay 2 more nights here. A great place to stay, relaxing and watching Netflix in the room.

Nice and great hotel. Good location near to several good eating place and Sunday night market.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were amazing and they made sure we were super comfortable. Pool is great and clean. Very quiet but right in the center of everything you need.

good location, nice room with bathtub. The staff are nice and friendly. Check in at 2pm, event hough at 13:50 and they have rooms available. They still don't let you in.

A nice hotel with clean rooms and good service, perfect location: in the historical downtown that’s also not far from the airport. I wish the hotel had a gym. Also thicker doors (not to hear people in the corridor) and buffet style of breakfast (so a guest could try different dishes not just choose one) would be highly appreciated. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay 👏

Great location and the room is very clean. Just a little bit noisy at we were staying at 2nd floor, which is same floor with the hotel's bar and restaurant areas. The moment you step into to the hotel area, you really can feel 'Chiang Mai vibes'. Highly recommended:)

Very nice design hotel but poor service . After check in the staff didn’t not say a word or snow us the way to the room . he seems had no patience at all to answer any one of our questions . Such a pity the hotel is beautiful but the service was not quality to how it looks .

The hotel is new and very clean. All fixtures and fittings are new and beautiful.. I guess that is the reason why the hotel is not fully occupied and in many occasions you have the entire pool and kitchen to yourself which is wonderful! The kitchen offers a few options for cooked rice and eggs. The freshly cooked fried rice and fried rice noodles are really delicious.. But the kitchen staff are not very fluent in English so they may misunderstood your orders. You need to repeat your order a few times to make it clear to them..Overall, we enjoyed the quiet and beautiful ambiance and nice breakfast served in this hotel.

Hotel staff service is very good! The room is very small! The bath water is hot and cold, and the air conditioner in the room is also hot and cold! There is no way to sleep well! The sound insulation is very poor ~ you can still hear the sound of employees sorting breakfast plates in the morning!

The hotel is a small hotel. The environment is very beautiful and the room is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the room is a bit poor. You can hear it when the door is opened and closed in the next room. If you turn on the TV a little louder in the room, you can also hear it in the corridor.

Seriously avoid lightning! ! Except for the better location and the public area, there is nothing else good. 1. There were a few hairs on the bedsheets when we first entered the room. It was obvious that we were allowed to stay without changing the bedsheets. 2. The soundproofing of the room was terrible. You could hear the sound of people walking in the corridor at night. People were talking in the corridor from time to time at 12 o'clock in the evening. You could hear the conversations in the opposite room clearly before 6 o'clock in the morning. 3. A long air-conditioning outlet was facing the head of the bed, and it was blowing your head off. 4. The mattress was too bad, too soft, and had no support at all. I felt sore all over when I slept. 5. What's even worse is that there are mosquitoes. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times in the middle of the night and it was so itchy. I got up at one or two o'clock to kill at least five or six mosquitoes, and I got up in the morning and killed several more. The room price of 677 RMB is really not worth it! ! ! ! !
