I am super satisfied with the hotel I booked this time, it was a pleasant surprise. Service: The service is very good. They are all friendly and kind. They answer all your questions. Some of them can speak Chinese and helped to order a motorcycle. The tea and biscuits when we checked in were amazing. Later, we asked the clerk for the address of the store where we bought biscuits and went there to buy them as souvenirs. Hygiene: Hygiene is also very good. You can feel the care taken by the decoration and maintenance of the hotel. Facilities: They are all very exquisite and basically have everything you need. The swimming pool is only 1.1 meters, which is suitable for children to play. Adults may not be able to swim seriously. There is also a gym and a small bookstore. I like the free courses provided by the hotel the most. One guest can participate in 2 free courses. We participated in meditation and making small medicine balls, which was a very pleasant experience. An extra bed can be added to the room for 2,000 baht per night, which is very economical for 3 girls. The restaurant is beautiful, I like its display, and I was super satisfied with the breakfast. There are 3 categories: Thai, egg, and Western. You can order whatever you want. Plus some small buffets can basically meet your needs. You can order meals and have afternoon tea in the restaurant on weekdays, and there is also a bar in the evening. The glass of LANA’s secret is so delicious, although the alcohol content is not high. The hotel's bathrobes, pajamas and slippers are very comfortable, so you don't need to bring your own pajamas. Environment: Although it is small, it is very impressive. After staying for 4 nights, it feels like home. There are many Koreans and Chinese guests. The plants are all just right, but it's a pity that the overall hotel is relatively small and lacks a small garden to wander around. Although it is close to Chiang Mai Airport, the impact of airplanes is not great because Chiang Mai Airport is not that busy. You can find airplanes passing by 3-4 times a day. In fact, Chiang Mai is so small that you can hear the sound of airplanes everywhere. The nearby Wumeng Temple, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, cannot be missed. It is very unique. It is very close to the night market behind Chiang Mai University and Nimman Road. 15 minutes drive to Ningman Road. Therefore, transportation is still very convenient, and it will be even more convenient if you have a motorcycle. It is recommended to drive up Suthep Mountain to Shuanglong Temple to overlook Chiang Mai. The road is well built and easy to drive.

Sireeampan Boutique Resort and Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Sireempan. The hotel itself is quiet and beautiful, with a koi pond and lots of nice sitting nooks throughout the property. But what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the amazing hospitality provided by the staff. New was our “host” during our stay (basically our go-to person if we ever had questions, etc), and he went out of his way to make sure we had the most comfortable, seamless stay. E.g., we had to get covid tests the morning of our flight back to the US, and he was able to locate a hospital that offered the service and coordinate a driver to take us there and back. They also provide a lot of thoughtful touches, like having delicious snacks and drinks ready upon arrival, complimentary transportation to and from the airport, making a photo souvenir of us standing in front of the resort with a cute Sireempan picture frame, etc. I didn’t catch the names of the other hotel staff, but each one of them was so friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Anyway, I thought the customer service/hospitality aspect deserved its own highlight, but here are some other quick pros and cons: Pros: -The food at this hotel (especially breakfast) is AMAZING. They offer complimentary breakfast at any time of day, anywhere of your choosing on the property. We would usually choose to eat breakfast by the koi pond and it was so peaceful and serene. Also, the coffee was delicious! -Clean rooms with the most comfortable bed. Another big plus was that there weren’t any bugs in the rooms, which was not the case with the other resorts we’ve stayed at in Thailand (especially resorts like this, where each room opens up to the outside). -Has a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, etc. Unfortunately, we were only in Chiang Mai for 3 days and were out and about sightseeing most of the day, so we didn’t have time to use these facilities. But they looked like they’d be amazing and it was nice to know there was that option if we did want to use them. -Complimentary features like free water bottles/mini bar items, slippers they provide during your stay, transportation into the city, etc. were nice and convenient. Cons: -WiFi for our specific room wasn’t the fastest, but you can use any of Sireempan’s WiFi networks using the same password (the other ones were quicker for us). -You’re relatively close to the airport, so you’ll hear planes flying by every once in a while. This was barely noticeable to us, but worth mentioning for people sensitive to noise. -Toilet flush was a bit weak/you had to hold it down for several seconds to actually flush it. Again, just a small nitpicky thing because it’s hard to think of many other cons with Sireempan. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Old but useful The service staff are very friendly, which is a plus What I don’t understand is that no matter how I use the water heater, the water comes out cold. When we arrived in the afternoon, the water surface of the swimming pool was full of floating objects...

This is my fourth visit to Chiang Mai. The first time I sent students to Chiang Mai for an internship, the second time I trained at Chiang Mai University for a month, the third time I traveled with my family, and the fourth time I made a special trip with my husband to see the children studying at Chiang Mai University. Every time Chiang Mai leaves me with a good impression. When choosing a hotel this time, I mainly saw that it was close to the children's apartment, and they were all at the back gate of Chiang Mai University. After arriving at the store, I found that although the hotel is small, it is very elegant and clean. When leaving, the hotel front desk said to check the room before leaving. When she came back from the inspection, she took out a small powder bag and said that today was my birthday from the passport when she checked in, so she specially sent a small gift to wish me a happy birthday. This is too heartwarming.

I just fell in love with this hotel. There is a purchasing shop next to the hotel. After checking in, I went out and bought a lot of things. Although the room is not big, it is very cozy and hot water is provided all day long. The wireless network signal is also very good! There are many temples around, and the environment is very quiet when resting at night. This hotel makes me very satisfied. I will choose this hotel when I come to visit in the future.

The service staff is very good. The hotel is near CMU, next to Pratu Phai Lom. It's very convenient to come see my daughter. There are coffee-cocoa beverages in automatic machines. Service to customers in the morning is also very good. Impressed with the service. Caring for customers There is definitely a chance to stay again.

Except that the door is not locked well, everything else is very good. The breakfast is also delicious, very clean and tidy. Mainly it is very close to Chiang Mai University. It is the night market at the front door of the university. There is also 7-11 at the door, which is very convenient. It’s about 15 minutes walk from MAYA shopping mall and Ningman Road. By the way, I recommend a massage on Ningman Road, which is very good, called ”The Artists”.
