March 2022 to August 2022: I live in Chiang Mai and my mother is visiting from India and this was a perfect location based on our location to put her up at. Daily rates include breakfast and cleaning. We opted for monthly and got a great deal. She's been living here since March. Rooms are good, big enough, clean, fresh, good beds, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle and if you go for the bigger room and the family room you get a small workable kitchen with a electric gas and chimney. Water and laundry machines are in the building. They can come for cleaning your room and changing the sheets at a nominal cost. There is a restaurant (limited hours and limited but good food and coffee), gym, swimming pool. Parking space is available. We'll connected to the city with cabs and I'm sure the reception can help and guide you. They are very prompt in their communication. There's a small garden and play space. Clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful. Free WiFi. Recommended for everyone, single, couples, family.

Very close to the airport, I chose here on the last day, the service is good, the hotel is small but well planned, there is a swimming pool. The breakfast is relatively simple, but you can eat enough, the service is very good and very kind. The small yard is very nice, so I will live here next time. To the airport you can also send it to the hotel for free, very good. Thanks for their thoughtful service!

Relaxing atmosphere in nature with excellent Thai hospitality. It was an oasis where I could rest comfortably in a very clean room (actually like a Thai house of my own with patio and back deck, a large bathroom). Their restaurant is by their small pond in which you can admire watching beautiful fish, big and small, swimming around; an added beauty to the already well cared nature. The pool is small but you feel like you are in your own villa’s pool and it is crystal clear. My special thanks to the owner Miss Nat and the lovely staff who are doing a wonderful job making your stay comfortable; every detail is taken care of. Food is delicious, you can also pre-order whatever you would like to eat. I stayed 5 nights and I will miss here; definitely recommended for a peaceful cozy holiday with a traditional elegant Thai touch.

There was so many great things about this resort, great comfy beds, pillows were excellent, villa was so big and lovely, bath was to die for. Villa internally was spotless. On the villa alone would definitely recommend and for that would stay again, so relaxing, quite and private. Loved the free bikes to ride over to the onsite coffee shop, had a lovely light lunch there and a cold beer. Private pool was lovely and picturesque looking out over the rice fields. Location was great only 20 minutes from airport. The only the down side and might be just because still getting staff post covid, and also not very busy time but we went to the restaurant in the evening we had to go looking for staff, they were sitting in a room on their phones, reception was unattended a few times - once we found staff they were wonderful and helpful but didn't expect to have to look for them in a resort of this level.

The environment and rooms are good, and there are places to eat when you come out. In the suburbs of the city, the price of food is much cheaper than in the urban area. The traffic is not a problem. It is convenient to take a taxi. The boss is nice and gives us a free ride to catch an early flight
