Chiang Mai Hotels with Bars

Room exactly like in picture. Definitely more value than the price paid - big hotel lobby, spacious room, clean, strong air conditioning. It is a fine hotel to stay in at this price but don’t compare to modern 4 stars - very old designs but clean and spacious for a comfortable stay. Tip: There is another exit behind the lobby cafe that leads to a condotel and another main road closer to Nimman.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities you might need including safe, robe ,slippers, great view of the city. Breakfast is served until late. The location is pretty far from the east gate of the city (15min walk) other than that it was a pretty good stay

Location is convenient as there are various eateries located near the hotel. Check in was also fast and seamless. Housekeeping was a bit slipshod. Dirty and used cutleries from room service was left uncleared for a few days despite there was housekeeping everyday along the corridors. Taps in the bathroom were old and worn out. On the second last day of our stay, both shower and washing basin tap came off.

The hotel staff are super polite,friendly and very helpful.My room was upgraded upon my arrival ,a lovely suprise.Breakfast is really good value for money.Rooms are beautifully serviced and fresh towels provided daily.I would recommend for solo female travellers as very secure and transport safe and easy to use to and from the hotel.All tours easily arranged by staff and they have a shuttle service to all night markets and food streets.Excellent all round. Would definitely recommend .

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Chiang Mai. Very close to night market. A free gift from the hotel is given to all rooms upon arrival. The staff are super friendly, especially the breakfast area.

Hotel location easy close to one nimman and favourrit place in nimman staff also kind and helpful explain and advice interesting place but i not give five due to air condition smell not fresh it some kind of humidity smell not fresh if hotel improve it will perfect all

The location is great and close to the Maya shopping mall. The room is cleaned but the soundproof is weak. There is a bar nearby the hotel. You can hear music til 2 AM. If you plan to stay as honeymoon or family with children, it is not a good choice hotel for you to stay. The reception and bellman are good and responsive.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. location is good near Giza. will recommend to friends and stay here when coming back to tokyo.

The staff was very caring and the location is awesome. They even packed us breakfast to-go for our check out day as we had to leave early from the hotel. We'd asked a room with an extra bed. It was ready with the roll-on bed, which was very comfortable with a proper mattress.
