คุ้มราคาที่จ่ายไป ราคาโรงแรมไม่แพง ห้องพักก็สะอาด เดินทางสะดวกอยู่แถวนิมมาน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเป็นจานมี 4 อย่าง แต่มีปุปเฟ่เล็กไว้ให้ทั้งสลัด ข้าวต้ม ขนมปัง ชากาแฟที่อร่อยมากๆ เติมได้ตลอด ที่จอดรถไม่เยอะมาก แต่มีด้านข้างโรงแรมจอดได้อีก ตามแนวกำแพง อาหารที่ร้านอาหารในโรงแรมรสชาติพอทานได้ไม่ได้หวือหวา แต่ราคาถูกดีค่ะ มีมุมของเล่นให้เด็กด้วย น้ำดื่มในห้องไม่มีแต่มีขวดแก้ว 2 ขวดให้เดินไปกรอกน้ำเองตามแต่ละชั้น โดยรวมถือว่าดีมากค่ะ

Check-in was smooth and helpful. The water in the shower was weak. The rest was good.

Nice clean comfy and spacious hotel. One issue need to complain is upgrade to triple sharing paying 150++ sgd but its actually a superior twin room just extra blanket n pillow. No extra bed given. Feel cheated.

The staff in all sections are extremely professional, especially front desk team and room service team. Room was nice and I would like to suggesting, please consider to put arms chairs or small sofa at the big window. Bed is comfortable good quality of materials, bathroom is very good with shower and big bathtub good quality of products. Additionally room is clean and tidy. Price with the service qualities is perfect valuable.

Everything good, The room is big. But need to wait for the hot water for a while, don't know it happens to every room or not. But overall is good compare to the price

Stayed a total of 7 days. The hotel certainly lived up to it's minimal concept. Everything was just perfect upon check in. Room was nice and clean, free mini bar and snacks, free beer, free wine in the evenings but that was about it. Housekeeping attendant was extremely helpful and polite but I feel that the reception could certainly be more attentive or ”passionate” (?) about what they do. I feel that they tried too hard to welcome guests during the first impression check in moment but overlooked the importance of remembering their guests after a short while (I was even asked if I wanted to check in after my second day of stay by the receptionist 😸). Some disappointment on the bike rental provider (not the hotel) as I was asked to surrender my passport as deposit. Obviously I didn't agree to this practice although I am well aware that it is quite a common practice but this is where the missed opportunity lies. I managed to get a car elsewhere for the same price without even surrendering my personal documents. The only healthy part of the breakfast spread was the orange juice. Everything else was sugary and sweet. There's danish pastries and fried Chinese dessert every morning. Certainly doesn't help that the hotel does not have any exercise facilities aside from the small, beautiful pool --- the main attraction, to be fair. The pool can become quite ”overcrowded” when the hotel capacity goes up. I appreciate the coffee machine and self-service option to fill as much as I like, on the go. There weren't enough ice on the first couple of days during my stay (all I got was a wattery bin when I opened the ice box). I wouldn't say that it was an extremely pleasant experience throughout my entire stay. There are many missed opportunities which I believe could be improved over time.

Room is old but very clean. The floor, beds, table, chair, shower room counter are clean. The hose spray and the toilet seat need to be replaced because they are too old. The Reception lady is very welcoming and warm. The man staff at parking lot at night is also excellent. Can hear the traffic as room faces the main road but I don’t mind. Can hear the airplanes when they land or take off but I don’t mind too. Nice self service table on each floor for ice, water and microwave, ceramic bowls, etc. At Reception level in the morning before 7, we could make our own soft drinks, coffee and sandwiches with jam.

The hotel has very spacious rooms and overall it is very good. However, because my room is near the staircase and the maid's storage room, it can be noisy. The soundproofing of the room might not be very good. The bathroom is excellent and has a big bathtub, but the towels provided have stains on them.

The location of the travel is very fresh, close to the drinking and eating places of Nimman Road. Breakfast serves food above sticky rice, Nam Prik Nam, grilled with stew, Khao Soi, sticky rice, sticky rice, fish-page noodles, grilled sticky rice with 芋 and porridge, like staying at home and someone goes to buy delicious things. In the market to eat Free coffee for twenty-four hours, the price is very good value for money.

Recently stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel in Chiang Mai. The location of the hotel was not ideal, situated quite far to various attractions. Fair to say that the room was good and provided the basic amenities, delicious breakfast, though it felt a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, some areas of improvement could include modernizing the facilities and updating the decor to enhance the overall guest experience, especially there are leakage near bathroom area, it definitely has potential to be vintage hotel if improvement made
