This hotel is beautifully located next to some paddy fields with beautiful view of the mountains. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. They also provide cycles to Roam around the area. There are nice touches like a blue tooth speaker in the room and a jacuzzi.
The only area of improvement is the breakfast which doesn't have enough options for vegetarians. The lighting in the room can be more aesthetic.

hotel and location is okay. there is no gym as announced. breakfast was buffet only 1 day of 4 I stayed. I feel scammed. they did not change bed sheets even they are visible dirty. stuff at restaurant cannot speak English, so hard to get the right food. definitely not the expected service to expect from this hotel category.

Good accommodation, good atmosphere, the entrance to the accommodation is a bit confusing if you don't notice the sign carefully because you came by Google.
The breakfast is delicious, although not very diverse. Overall, it's worth the price, so I forgot about the service from the front desk.
# Stayed in November, but just reviewed because I want the service to be improved. #
It was our fault for arriving late because we were not familiar with the route and had to leave time to charge the car (EV). We called the accommodation to inform them that we would arrive late around midnight, but when we arrived, there was no one waiting to check in even though they had given us a phone number to contact the accommodation.
But no one answered the phone. In the end, we had to sleep in the car in front of the resort until 5 am, so a staff member came to call us to the accommodation.
The point is, if we hadn't informed them in advance, it would have been our 100% fault, but we had already informed them. The staff member said that they didn't bring their phone into the bedroom, so they didn't hear the sound, which made us feel a bit disappointed with the service (actually, we were too exhausted to be angry).
We traveled a long way across the mountain, thinking that we would be able to sleep comfortably so that we could go to work the next day. It turned out that we were exhausted and couldn't go to work as planned. If this were improved, it would be one of the perfect accommodations in Nan Province.

To be honest, the pool area is not clean at all. It's like no one has stayed there for a long time and it wasn't cleaned when it was booked. The bed sheets are very old and have stains. The table is dusty with lots of gecko poop. The bathroom is old and shabby with dust and dead plants. It's disappointing. There are old things placed in front of the room that aren't put away neatly. We asked to change rooms but we weren't satisfied even though it was a smaller room. The price was cheaper. The new room hadn't been cleaned for a long time because there was a lot of dust on the table and headboard.
