Remote from village but quiete, well managed older property with atmosphere, infinity pool and wonderful sunset. The is a typical Thai Hotel on the countryside: even it doesn't look like it's more a booth construction than concrete walls (no noise isolation to outside, neighbours). Also it shows its age (potenially from 1990ies). However a itwasn't fully booked in late October so we could really enjoy this place with atmophere and a great sunset. Breakfast mainly for Asian (Thai) customers but this is everywhere on those remote from mass tourism places. Absolutely recommended for reasonable rates 1300-1500 THB (oldschool Thailand experience). It is a hotel next to the Mekong River. The weather is good. The rooms are classic wooden houses. But there will be some noise when walking. The room is reasonably wide. But it may look old. Especially the bathroom and towels are already a bit yellowish. Breakfast is considered delicious, delicious orange juice, delicious wet rice and delicious soup. Overall, it's considered good.

The receptionist and housekeeper are very kind, always smiling, polite, and give good advice. The hotel is in a good location, near the walking street.

We booked 4 rooms with the gang. I sleep alone and I have dyed hair. But in the bathroom, there is still black hair near the bathroom door. I'm not sure if the cleanup is not in time or what, but it's not an obstacle. I just feel that it shouldn't be there. The location is very close to the market. The room is not big. The usable area is small. It's really suitable for sleeping only. The water flows strongly. The light is normal. There is no glass bathroom door between the shower and the toilet (but there is a glass wall). The TV signal is not very good, so I didn't turn it on. But the Wi-Fi is very strong. I took my laptop to watch a movie. The staff provided good service. They called at 11 am to inform that the housekeeper would come to clean at 11:30. It's good that we made an appointment to check out at this time. If we really checked out at noon, I'm not sure if there would be a problem (the system said check out at 12:00). And for the breakfast coupon, I didn't have time to use it because the restaurants in that area will have a break during the day and open again in the evening. If I checked out at 11:30, I wouldn't be able to eat in time. For those who want to use this privilege, I recommend waking up early to eat.

Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the Chiang Khan walking street, cleanliness is good, the view at the back is a river view, the interior lacks a hair dryer, and the bathroom is narrow and not very convenient, the sanitary ware is still old-style. If the sanitary ware in the room is changed, it will be considered. It's good to have a lot of common areas to sit in. Overall it's considered good, but the price is a little high.

Beautiful accommodation, good atmosphere, clean, next to the walking street and with a view of the Mekong River. There is a convenience store. and laundry nearby Very suitable for traveling. But the room may not be soundproof. Before 9 p.m., you might hear the loud sounds of people and singers in the surrounding area. Overall very good. I recommend it.
