Beautiful surroundings, resort seems nice but bad service. The beds are very bad, had two different rooms but the beds creak and squeak with every move you make. Breakfast is good, surroundings are good. Our friends who had another room had to pay 450 bath because the towels were dirty, towels were not changed every day and no small towels for the feet. Many things in the bathroom were not good and leakage under the sink. Friends were accused of this and threatened with police!!!!! Friends paid because we had to go further and no time to wait. Too bad but we have never experienced this in Thailand. We will never go there again.
The hotel room is clean and tidy, the price is very cheap but the service is very good, the location is very convenient, the nearby restaurant convenience store is all available, the next time you have the opportunity to stay again
The room was clean. The caretaker provided good service. I can't remember the name of the room. There were 2 bunk beds in the room and a bathtub. The kids loved it. However, the room was not soundproof and I was very concerned about the neighbors.

Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.
The clip that I went to Went for a trip and then went to a running event held in Chiang Khan. Book accommodation as a guest house in the area next to Kaeng Khut Khu, less than 50 meters away from Kaeng Khut Khu. Kaeng Khut Khu is very beautiful. The accommodation has a very convenient parking area. Can park many cars The accommodation is a 2-story house. You can walk up to the roof on the top floor to see the view of the Mekong River mountains and see the rapids. The atmosphere is very good. As for the room that likes the picture, it's on the 2nd floor. The owner is very kind, providing 2 beds and has amenities such as a refrigerator, TV, and air conditioner. The bathroom was in good working condition and clean. I would like to invite my friends to go to Chiang Khan, go to Kaeng Khut Khu and stay at this accommodation as well. The owner is very nice. When I first walked in, I smiled and greeted him very friendly. But during the trip, the owner was renovating some parts of the accommodation to make it better. Friends who go after I go should be able to see the novelty of this accommodation. Room prices are not expensive and appropriate. The food park should be able to order and have food available, but on the day I went, I didn't eat at the accommodation. May you be happy with your travels.

LLover TravelerThe room is very nice, cute. Whoever comes to Chiang Khan, recommend it.
Here is calm, not busy. It is a cute wooden house, good room, very fragrant.
*Note* The wooden house may have a little noise when walking or opening the door. But overall it is very good, the owner is cute.

EEnricoGreat experience at the SongPhuaMia guesthouse. Entrance is right in the walking street, one of the main attraction of Chiang Khan. The house itself is a traditional Thai house, renovated, very clean and well taken care of. The hosts are very professional, friendly can detail oriented. They will go beyond their duty to make your stay a great one. Special note for the breakfast which absolutely amazing and it will be an highlight of your stay there! All in all, the best choice in Chiang Khan!

NNuttananThe room at the cover, everything is clean, quiet, the accommodation is an old wooden house. But there is no noise at all, choose a room with a balcony by the water. Watching the sunrise and sunset, very beautiful The first night stayed alone. The second night, my friend followed. The only woman can rest safely, a little far from the market. But walking to each other
the owner is also nice, hospitable and friendly, overall i am very satisfied here

GGuest UserRemote from village but quiete, well managed older property with atmosphere, infinity pool and wonderful sunset.
The is a typical Thai Hotel on the countryside: even it doesn't look like it's more a booth construction than concrete walls (no noise isolation to outside, neighbours). Also it shows its age (potenially from 1990ies). However a itwasn't fully booked in late October so we could really enjoy this place with atmophere and a great sunset.
Breakfast mainly for Asian (Thai) customers but this is everywhere on those remote from mass tourism places.
Absolutely recommended for reasonable rates 1300-1500 THB (oldschool Thailand experience). Restaurant at re
พพรพิมลThe receptionist and housekeeper are very kind, always smiling, polite, and give good advice. The hotel is in a good location, near the walking street.

AAntangmay KaThe owner is hospitable and friendly Clean room area Good water pressure, fast shower reasonable price The atmosphere inside the accommodation is shady, the trees and the grass are lush It is a good choice for tourism between Phu Thok and Chiang Khan Walking Street
MMr. RungrodFirst of all, the brother who takes care of the capsule takes good care of it. Very friendly And the air capsule is very cool, the water flows strongly near the walking street at the end of the alley near 7-11 near the breakfast shop When returning, he came to send it to the car. Accommodation is loft style. And my luck is to stay alone in the whole hotel. It's like renting a hotel to sleep. It's calm, not busy. Finally, I recommend staying here. Very good.
