"Everything is good, no complaints. Clean everywhere. Clean bathroom, hair dryer, hair curler provided. Beautiful view. All staffs provide good service. Beautiful and clean accommodation 100/100 recommended. 🌳🍃🥰"
"Beautiful surroundings, resort seems nice but bad service. The beds are very bad, had two different rooms but the beds creak and squeak with every move you make. Breakfast is good, surroundings are good. Our friends who had another room had to pay 450 bath because the towels were dirty, towels were not changed every day and no small towels for the feet. Many things in the bathroom were not good and leakage under the sink. Friends were accused of this and threatened with police!!!!! Friends paid because we had to go further and no time to wait. Too bad but we have never experienced this in Thailand. We will never go there again."
"The hotel room is clean and tidy, the price is very cheap but the service is very good, the location is very convenient, the nearby restaurant convenience store is all available, the next time you have the opportunity to stay again"
"The room was clean. The caretaker provided good service. I can't remember the name of the room. There were 2 bunk beds in the room and a bathtub. The kids loved it. However, the room was not soundproof and I was very concerned about the neighbors."
"Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free."
"The clip that I went to Went for a trip and then went to a running event held in Chiang Khan. Book accommodation as a guest house in the area next to Kaeng Khut Khu, less than 50 meters away from Kaeng Khut Khu. Kaeng Khut Khu is very beautiful. The accommodation has a very convenient parking area. Can park many cars The accommodation is a 2-story house. You can walk up to the roof on the top floor to see the view of the Mekong River mountains and see the rapids. The atmosphere is very good. As for the room that likes the picture, it's on the 2nd floor. The owner is very kind, providing 2 beds and has amenities such as a refrigerator, TV, and air conditioner. The bathroom was in good working condition and clean. I would like to invite my friends to go to Chiang Khan, go to Kaeng Khut Khu and stay at this accommodation as well. The owner is very nice. When I first walked in, I smiled and greeted him very friendly. But during the trip, the owner was renovating some parts of the accommodation to make it better. Friends who go after I go should be able to see the novelty of this accommodation. Room prices are not expensive and appropriate. The food park should be able to order and have food available, but on the day I went, I didn't eat at the accommodation. May you be happy with your travels."

AAnonymous UserThe accommodation is very good.. I chose this place because I could walk down and it was right on the walking street. The staff provided very good service and the food was delicious, especially the sticky rice with grilled chicken. But on the day I went, my neighbor was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.. But if I have a chance, I will go again.

Very Good
GGuest UserRemote from village but quiete, well managed older property with atmosphere, infinity pool and wonderful sunset.
The is a typical Thai Hotel on the countryside: even it doesn't look like it's more a booth construction than concrete walls (no noise isolation to outside, neighbours). Also it shows its age (potenially from 1990ies). However a itwasn't fully booked in late October so we could really enjoy this place with atmophere and a great sunset.
Breakfast mainly for Asian (Thai) customers but this is everywhere on those remote from mass tourism places.
Absolutely recommended for reasonable rates 1300-1500 THB (oldschool Thailand experience). Restaurant at re
GGuest UserWe booked 4 rooms with the gang. I sleep alone and I have dyed hair. But in the bathroom, there is still black hair near the bathroom door. I'm not sure if the cleanup is not in time or what, but it's not an obstacle. I just feel that it shouldn't be there. The location is very close to the market. The room is not big. The usable area is small. It's really suitable for sleeping only. The water flows strongly. The light is normal. There is no glass bathroom door between the shower and the toilet (but there is a glass wall). The TV signal is not very good, so I didn't turn it on. But the Wi-Fi is very strong. I took my laptop to watch a movie. The staff provided good service. They called at 11 am to inform that the housekeeper would come to clean at 11:30. It's good that we made an appointment to check out at this time. If we really checked out at noon, I'm not sure if there would be a problem (the system said check out at 12:00). And for the breakfast coupon, I didn't have time to use it because the restaurants in that area will have a break during the day and open again in the evening. If I checked out at 11:30, I wouldn't be able to eat in time. For those who want to use this privilege, I recommend waking up early to eat.

GGuest UserThe atmosphere is beautiful. The hotel is located on the banks of the Mekong River. In the morning, there is fog. The air is good. The view is beautiful. But there is no TV in the room. The air conditioner is not cool at all. The room is not very clean. There are spiders with webs.

MMr. RungrodFirst of all, the brother who takes care of the capsule takes good care of it. Very friendly And the air capsule is very cool, the water flows strongly near the walking street at the end of the alley near 7-11 near the breakfast shop When returning, he came to send it to the car. Accommodation is loft style. And my luck is to stay alone in the whole hotel. It's like renting a hotel to sleep. It's calm, not busy. Finally, I recommend staying here. Very good.
