It is a hotel next to the Mekong River. The weather is good. The rooms are classic wooden houses. But there will be some noise when walking. The room is reasonably wide. But it may look old. Especially the bathroom and towels are already a bit yellowish. Breakfast is considered delicious, delicious orange juice, delicious wet rice and delicious soup. Overall, it's considered good.

Bad experience ever as not worth for spending almost 2,000 THB. Moreover, I stayed during weekend and at 10 p.m. still have karaoke during that time and upon arrival no one inform this issue happen. If you looking for resting hotel please choose another hotel near by.

First lets give some good points. Belle the morning receptionist is very friendly and good at her job. Winai the afternoon and evening waiter tries very hard to accommodate the guests and is knowledgeable about the area. But the room was much smaller than expected, and did not even have a bedside table. The walls are thin and you could hear other guests. The first night was acceptable but the second night at 5pm in rolled a huge double decker tour bus full of elderly Thai tourists. Well they had a gala dinner complete with loud bass thumping music until after 10:00pm. The resort is quite small and the function room they were in was perhaps 15 meters from our "deluxe river view room. Then at 5:30 the next morning they were up eating, talking and loading their tour bus until almost 8:00am. So not much sleep that night or morning. Was shocked to see they could not even cook eggs properly for breakfast which was provided with the room. The hotel has a prime location and has free bikes for your use which was very nice. But there is no way we would go back again.

Booked a family room for a Saturday night in chalet room on Mekong River. A nice modern room with adequate facilities and nice view on the river & Laos on the other side. Very steep steps down & back to the river bank to the room which was a bit difficult for 2 of our party. Food menu a little overpriced with small portions. The hotel doesn't speak much English everything in Thai and also disappointed that they don't take Credit Cards ( cash only ) and had to ask for a receipt. However close enough by car to visit the nice night market / walking street of Chiang Khan and the bars / restaurants there.

During our stay in Chiang Khan, we spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel is located about 3 km from the city center, directly on the Mekong River and very quiet. One evening we walked to the city center, very beautiful scenery. The next morning; walk in the other direction, at sunrise, magnificent scenery. Very clean and large room, decent bathroom. Decent breakfast too. Good hotel for the price of the room!
