The cleanliness is unacceptable for a hotel of this size. The room is very dirty, the air conditioner is very loud, I thought it was raining.
The view is good, the atmosphere is good. The furniture is new, beautiful, but dirty, and lacks maintenance.
The staff, the part that impressed me was the auntie who prepared breakfast, smiling brightly, greeting very well. As for the staff who checked in (male) yesterday and female today, they need to be trained again. They did not greet, did not care, were very attached to their phones, just playing. We have been to hotels both in Thailand and abroad. I must say that this is the worst. Actually, you do not need to provide much service, just stand and watch, smile, that is enough. Do not ignore the guests like this.
I admire the hotel for its design and selection of beautiful, modern, and unique materials, but unfortunately the service, maintenance, cleanliness, etc. are not good. I want it to be in service for a long time.

ที่พักดีเงียบสงบมากมาเชียงคานช่วงหน้าฝน เดินทางไกลแวะทำงาน บรรยากาศชิวจริงๆ ห้องพักรอบนี้สะอาด น้องพนักงานดูแลดี อัธยาศัยดี อาหารเช้าที่นี่บริการแบบ a la carte เพราะช่วง Low season หรือหน้าฝน ลูกค้าค่อนข้างน้อย แต่บอกเลยชอบบรรยากาศที่นี่ สะดวกไม่ไกลถนนคนเดินห้องพักเยอะที่จอดรถกว้างไว้จะแวะมาอีกนะคะ

酒店對出就是湄公河，距離夜市大約要5分鐘車程
酒店房間水壓非常好，只是去水位有點塞，冷氣開了好像沒有開，需要問酒店借風扇，每一間酒店房都會有一個露台，非常適合吸煙的人士，因為泰國室內是不可以吸煙，酒店泳池很漂亮，很適合打卡，酒店的早餐沒有太多選擇，不過很好吃，而且早餐位置有兩個打卡點，還有一隻很可愛的貓貓，跟他說話，他都會回應🥰酒店有停車場供應駕駛人，而且停車場有很多芒果樹😆
