The room has good view and many cutie ducks. However, Services are not ready and seem charge everything for example, i requested for a plate and cuttery they ask for deposit. It should be service, isn’t it?

We stayed for a night and had a super quiet and relax stay in rainy season. The staffs were not quite attentive but overall experience was okay for us.

Isbjorn has the facilities for a family, plenty of activities to do.
The accomodation is neat and tidy;
Communication and processes driven by the accomodation was pretty tough.
When asked to check in/check out the staff acknowledge you however it goes no where until you find the right staff member.
Most times they’re mia.
Would probably give this place another go in future, we’ll see.

🙆🏻♀️ Great view, you can see Doi Luang Chiang Dao from the accommodation. The atmosphere is really nice. We came during the rainy season, and the mountains are so green, but the weather is sweltering.
🙆🏻♀️ I really like the bathroom, it smells amazing all day long.
🙆🏻♀️ The view from the room is beautiful.
🙆🏻♀️ Price ~2,645 baht (not included in the Half-Half program)
🙆🏻♀️ The staff at the lobby were friendly and gave good advice. The lobby has nice air conditioning.
🙅🏻♀️ The staff at the dinner room had a very grumpy face and seemed rather unserviceable. They were confused when I asked about the shabu, and they said we had to choose meat/vegetables, and then what? They said we had to enter them into the system. They actually just told us to calculate the price first, and that's it. What does "enter the system" mean? When I asked, they gave the same answer, and their tone was not nice, and their face was sullen. I know it's hot, but you're serving, and customers pay. At first, I wanted to eat more, but after dealing with this kind of staff, I didn't really want to eat anymore. (Please improve this.)
