Santa Caterina Hotel & Bike

Fabio expertly accommodated a family member's food allergies and gluten intolerance. He brought a plate full of homemade, gluten-free biscotti and muffins for her to select each morning at breakfast. It is often hard to find gluten free baked goods and she was grateful for the quality and variety. The food was labeled according to the top allergens in Italy, and there were meat, cheese and fruit options in addition to the baked goods. Andrea was equally wonderful; he helped us plan our driving routes and helped us with parking at the hotel. He inquired about our sleep quality and watched my expression when I answered. He deducted that the mattress was not to our liking and offered to switch it out to a softer one (which happened when we were aware from the premises). We highly recommend staying here. The only challenge was the tricky parking as the driveway to enter is on a hill, but Andrea was very helpful in this regard.

The hotel needs a update as a little date. The room was very wide and clean, even after careful examination did not show any hair and/or powder. The old and soft mattress with signs of recession, to be replaced. We wake up in the morning with back pains, and the rooms are to be sounded, because, especially at night, all the noises, bathroom discharges, shower water are noticed. There is no privacy on the balconies as many communicators with other rooms and without any division. We chose half-pension, sticky pasta (tortillones) and unsageable. Contours to be reviewed. The vegetable buffet in boxes, beans and incoming carotes as very soft, good cheese and salses. Service at the anxiety table, they bring you the pieces one behind the other, within 20-25 minutes you have already finished eating, they will surely have a hurry to finish, they take you away the dishes you are still eating. The owner was very kind, but when we told him the situation of the mattress, he told us that she had been sleeping a woman in that room for more than 15 days without any problem. The room was not replaced, but they put a top on the mattress without any benefit. I would immediately have proposed a change of room and checking what it complained. A good breakfast with sweet and salty, it would be appropriate to use fresh milk and not UHT.
Grand Hotel Admiral Palace

Grand Hotel Milano

I recently travelled to this facility for a stay, in the memory of the beautiful and active Chianciano Terme a few years ago. Unfortunately, I have had to find that for a number of events that have had a negative impact, the city's memory is completely disappeared, leaving room for closed hotels and activities for sale. The only pleasant note was to see that the hotels' time was a time-long, and this is the case with the Grand Hotel Milano. The owners are then extremely kind and they have been able to advise us for the best, both for a tour of the area and for the indication of restaurants for a whole Tuscan dinner. Thank you again for your welcome, confirming the admiration of those who, in so many difficulties, try to resist and hope for an economic recovery in the area.
Hotel Saturno
4.2/57 Reviews
I chose this hotel while looking for a structure the ferragosto garden that had no exorbitant costs and was close to the term, the choice was back to Saturn hotel, excellent price and above all I was affected by the reviews We were welcomed by Mr. Frizzi with gentleness and professionality, the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the bus station and the hotel is easily parked in front of the facility, the Terms of Tehia are about 3 km away. The very clean room with original 70s furniture in good condition and functional, very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, wide shower without problems with rubenettes, clean and soft handcuffs and fabrics, There is no air conditioning but there is a pale, silent and efficient ventilation at the ceiling. Breakfast served in a comfortable room, there was a variety of sweets made at home, cakes, crowns, coughs and cookies, the manager follows breakfast by preparing cappuccinos and coffee etc ... We recommend it as it is a good structure organised and clean, well positioned, although not an innovative and latest fashion structure, ideal for the term stays and for excursions in Val d'Orcia.
