Arrived late but check-in was fast.

가격도 저렴한데 방도 크고 서비스가 아주 좋았습니다.

I’m not sure where people can said good thing about this hotel ??? Is really old smell totally out of style and I’m so sorry to book there I can’t said what is bad … I will Not have enough place , but look at the picture and I’m sure you will find something decent to stay !

We had the pleasure of working with Giorgio, Stefano, Daniel, and Giada from Hotel Excelsior for our wedding, and we were truly blown away by their exceptional service. Coordinating accommodations for over 100 guests from around the world—Dubai, New York, London, and Melbourne—was no small task, but the team made it look effortless. Despite all the different check-in and check-out dates and special requirements, they handled every inquiry and booking with utmost care and professionalism. Giorgio and his team went above and beyond by preparing personalized snack bags for each guest and putting together a beautiful brunch on the day of the wedding. The thoughtfulness behind these gestures made us feel incredibly special. It was clear they genuinely cared about our event and guests. Something that truly touched our hearts was when the hotel staff took it upon themselves to help guests who had - on various occasions - missed the pre-arranged shuttle buses to the wedding venues. Instead of calling a cab or leaving it to the guest to solve the problem, they elected to DRIVE THE GUESTS THEMSELVES! This level of thoughtfulness and care is something we will never forget. It wasn’t just about fulfilling a duty; it was about making sure our guests were looked after in the most personal and considerate way. We will forever be indebted to them for their kindness. Our guests felt completely at home during their stay, and we owe that to the incredible efforts of Giorgio, Stefano, Daniel, and Giada. They made the weekend comfortable, memorable, and seamless. We couldn't recommend Hotel Excelsior enough for any event—thank you all for everything!
