The hotel was okey. However the 4 stars they must have gotten for a VERY long time ago. Looking at the standards such as the interior, furnitures and style it problably would have gotten 2 or 3 stars today. It also smelled smoke of cigarettes all over the hotel. Simply a tired hotel. We would not stay here again for this price.

Unfortunately the photos on the hotel website are misleading, the room is worn and not very clean (fortunately large as is the bathroom). Nothing reported on the website regarding the restaurant corresponds to what, unfortunately, we had the misfortune of finding (food for cheap company canteen). The structure is very old and worn and, from what we could see, maintenance is lacking. The positive note is found in the complete and maintained spa (up to the photos published on the site) and in the friendliness and talkativeness of the barman (to whom a heartfelt thank you goes)

Truffa! Foto delle stanze non congrue alle camere della struttura. Le foto che hanno sia sul sito che su Booking ritraggono delle camere ristrutturate e con arredamento moderno ma all'atto pratico sono camere vecchie con arredamento vecchio e mal tenute. All'arrivo in struttura mi viene consegnata la chiave di una camera situata al 4 piano e dopo aver raggiunto la camera con bagagli al seguito mi accorgo che la stanza non solo era ancora da pulire ma la serratura della camera risultava evidentemente scassinata. Mi dirigo in reception per segnalare il tutto e mi viene assegnata una seconda camera, peggio della prima. Faccio presente che la camera che ho prenotato è decisamente diversa da quella che mi hanno assegnato ma mi viene detto che le foto su Booking sono solo "a scopo illustrativo". Assolutamente non consigliato! Foto in allegato, a voi i commenti.

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale, cibo buono, hotel un po' vecchiotto ma confortevole, si vede che ha conosciuto momenti di gloria. Personale del centro benessere accogliente e preparato. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Palestra ben attrezzata

Personnel accueillant, environnement correct, SPA sympa, mais absolument pas le niveau d’un quatre étoiles ou du moins pas d’un quatre étoiles comme je le conçoit. Moquette usée et trouée par endroits, fuites d’eau sur les murs, taches d’huile sur les murs du centre esthétique. Massage chers et médiocres (et je m’y connais). Malheureusement, mais ceci est totalement indépendant de la volonté de la propriété de l’hôtel la vue est sur deux hôtel abandonnés ce qui confère à l’hôtel, et à toute la ville, un petite air de ville fantôme hantée per ses dates passés. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant, mais y avons pris uniquement notre petit déjeuner qui était parfait. PS: lorsqu’on offre la SPA gratuite, il faudrait laisser un peignoir sec chaque jour.

Io e il mio compagno Siamo stati in questa meravigliosa struttura. Abbiamo conosciuto lo staff dell'hotel, in particolar modo ringraziamo il direttore di sala Alfonso e il maitre Pietro i quali sono stati gentili e disponibili in ogni nostra esigenza. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, complimenti allo chef Stefano. Vi consigliamo quest hotel oltre per la struttura e per la Spa, ma soprattutto perché ti senti a casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, io e il mio compagno in questa struttura. La struttura appare molto datata, plafoniere mancanti sui lampadari lungo le scale tende strappate e muri scrostati. La spa ha 3 saune, un bagno turco, cromoterapia, getto ghiacciato e 2 piscine. Sarebbe molto bella se farebbero lavori di ristrutturazione e rivalutazione . La struttura è grandissima ma lasciata un po’ abbandonata.. giardino non curato. Rumorosissimo lo scarico nel bagno della camera, bidet attappato, cuscini impossibili da dormirci . Insomma, attualmente non ci tornerei. Consiglio vivamente lavori di manutenzione. Prezzo caro per il tipo di struttura

Albergo datato che avrebbe bisogno di molti interventi. In fase di prenotazione ho avuto molti problemi poiché le receptionists non hanno comunicato tra loro e non hanno mai risposto con chiarezza alle mie domande; alla fine ho dovuto accettare quanto loro hanno deciso. L'unica lode alla colazione ed alla cena!
