Albergo Villa Gaia

Colorful and welcoming hotel, recently renovated and cared for in every detail, except for the room doors, which unfortunately do not isolate well from the noise of the corridor. The courtesy of the small attentions was much appreciated: biscuits and bottles of water left in the room for guests to use. A plus point also for the free parking, really convenient (but must be requested in advance). The breakfast is rich and varied, with an excellent choice of both sweet and savory. We particularly enjoyed the homemade cakes and biscuits. The staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room, is always kind, helpful and smiling. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent value for money. Recommended!

Weekend stay with wonderbox box. We were pleasantly impressed by the courtesy, kindness and professionalism during check in and check out. Room and bathroom with window frames and shutters a little dated and certainly in need of repair. Returning to the room in the evening we found that the toilet paper was running out in the bathroom and not even an extra roll had been added after the classic cleaning that is carried out daily; moreover, as shown in the photos, on the table in the room next to the personal effects were left spray bottle and rag to clean .. really very unhygienic. The professionalism manifested during check-in dropped drastically when, pointing out the lack of toilet paper and bringing the sprayer and rag back to reception, the staff did not even deign to apologize, on behalf of the structure, for the shortcomings listed above. Pity...

Albergo familiare pulito e ben tenuto. Il signor Francesco e Massimiliano insieme al loro staff ci hanno fatti sentire come in famiglia e risolto anche piccole problematiche che abbiamo avuto. Colazione deliziosa con le fantastiche torte e biscotti e il sorriso della responsabile di sala. Le terme sono il fiore all occhiello ma anche la cittadina che nonostante non sia quella di un tempo è l'ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla grande città facendo belle passeggiate nei suoi parchi. Che altro aggiungere se non di tornare sicuramente, grazie di tutto.
