Days Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

We were just traveling back home after vacation and this was the perfect stop! I will definitely stay again! As a family of 5 it’s hard finding somewhere to stay for a reasonable price! This place hit the nail on the head.

Staff are super friendly and personable. The whole hotel is nice and the rooms are large and set up very well.

It was an okay stay. Pillows are very soft and bed was okay. Room was huge which was a plus. Wasn’t impressed with breakfast. Eggs were watery looking. 2 options for cereal and no meat one of the mornings. We loved the pool area! Pool was great for our kids, hot tub was amazing and there was even a little kiddie pool area. Overall, It was okay but we wouldn’t stay here again. For an older hotel, you get what you pay for.

2nd visit. Easy access from interstate.Great place to stay. Staff is fantastic, room was clean. No outside noise. Outback steakhouse within walking distance, small diner across the street. Definitely my go to when in cheyenne.

The hotel was fine but making the reservation was confusing. I was lead to believe from the website that payment was still needed to guarantee the room. So I paid again. So I ended up double booking the same room. After 45” on the ******* website trying to get a refund for the second charge I gave up. ******* should improve their customer service

Not very happy with our stay. If i hadn't already paid or had somewhere else to go, we would have left. It just kept getting worse. As soon as we walked into the building, the "host" or lack thereof kind of seemed rude. Went into our room and it was dusty and the air wasn't pleasant. All the furniture was dusty. The bathroom smelt like urine, the floor in there was dirty(hair and some dirt), even the tub was rather disgusting. Found out the next day that the tub didn't drain. The mirrors were kind of gross.The pool was questionable, the hot tub was pretty gross with some sort of particles. Don't put ice cream in your freezer because it will just melt. Breakfast was ok considering it was "free" with your stay. They gave me a small refund for the inconveniences and honestly should have just given a full refund. The ladies at the desk the morning of check out were nice and personable. I can understand being short staffed but this was kind of ridiculous.

The room was comfortable, clean, well equipped, no odd odors. Check in and out was simple. All staff interactions were great. It's located in a busy area, but noise was minimal.

It was ok for one night. If I was staying longer I would go somewhere quieter and more conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.
