We stayed one night when driving from Denver to Mount Rushmore. The room was large with a full kitchen including fridge, microwave and stove top. The bathroom was a good size as was the bedroom area. You could easily work from the room with a full desk area. Check in was easy and Diane who checked us in was friendly. The hotel does include breakfast but we didn’t get downstairs in time as only served until 9am. Great hotel for a very short stay!

Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is your standard continental. Location is very close to downtown Cheyenne for shopping and sightseeing. Close to restaurants. Overall a good stay either as you are traveling thru or spending a few days in Cheyenne.

This was our second time staying at this location while in Cheyenne! Every time we come we always have a great experience. On this most recent trip, we kept finding these silly, small insects. Tosha was amazing! She quickly moved us into a new room that was in the most perfect location! Corner room with not one, but two bedrooms and bathrooms! Tosha was so kind and really made sure that we were comfortable. Our room also had a kitchen complete with all the supplies that we could need: utensils, plates, forks, cookware, etc.! We are already looking forward to our next visit to our Wyo home at TownPlace Suite Cheyenne! Thank you Tosha!

This was our first experience with the brand, and it was a good introduction. Room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Hotel seems to have been new or newly refurbished. There was a small exercise room that was fine for a short stay and quick workout. Every member of staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Don’t be put off by freight train tracks across the street - we didn’t hear a thing.

easy access from and to Downtown Cheyenne, ample space for Parking, Suitcase and quick access to the Interstate. We spent two days there and will stay there again, Friendly staff and but breakfast selection could be a bit more selection, but wasn't bad.

We got in late due to driving 5th wheel from Montana. Diana, front desk, was kind and so accommadating. Our room was awesome. I cannot say enough good things about our stay there. I highly recommend. Also is a dog friendly hotel.

I have written this before about hotel stays so this has become a bit of a cliché staple of mine. One of the best reviews that you can write about a hotel is that “everything went well.” That’s what the hotel wants and that’s what the guest wants. “Mission accomplished.” Oh…but I do have one honorable mention accolade though. I think the name of the front desk manage that checked us in was Diana. She’s is very pleasant and customer friendly. (Smile)

Had a great stay at this hotel. Nice clean rooms. Property well kept. Minutes from downtown. Easy access to freeways. Staff was very friendly. I did not utilize the daily breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for business or leisure. Only complaint I could say is the train yard across the road is loud and constant 24 hours a day.
