Poor condition. Old inside, bathroom door cannot close. 😢😢
For Wyndham Garden … it needs great improvement, otherwise you will lose your brand name!!! 😰😰

Hotel is under construction and our room may have recently been completed. There was construction residue remaining and the work was rushed.

I stayed at this hotel from June 2 to June 5, 2025, with my two small children. While in the bathroom, I discovered a mouse in the room. I immediately contacted the front desk and was moved to another room, but no one offered assistance despite me being alone with two babies, multiple bags, and car seats. I had to move everything myself — while also managing my children, one of whom was crying.
This was an extremely stressful and unsafe situation. I felt completely unsupported. Staff were polite, but the response was inadequate for the seriousness of the issue. I ended up checking out early and arranging last-minute transportation myself.
I would not recommend this hotel to families, especially those traveling alone. This experience caused emotional distress and left me feeling like my safety and well-being were not a priority.

Sketchy location. The entire hotel looked dirty. I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. Also heard a lot of movement at night

This place is only worth $50 to $80, but we paid significantly more, and it’s not worth it. The building is quite old, the room heater didn’t work, and the elevator is small and unclean.

The staff were excellent, helpful and kind with great attitude. I really appreciate a friendly smile when traveling and so tired to arrive and be greeted and treated with kindness these ladies didn’t disappoint. Room was spotless. The breakfast was plentiful and greatly appreciated. I will stay again when in the area.
