Bathroom sink drain was plugged
Showerhead was leaking and spraying all over the place

I wasn’t in a smoking unit but smelled cigarette outside the door. Garbage outside the hotel. Desk clerk and breakfast lady Sunday was a little snappy and didn’t have full breakfast ready.
Waffle machine didn’t work, ice machine broken. No water in rooms for guests. Also housekeeping did not show up Saturday so our rooms were not attended too. Gentleman at desk Friday at check in and Saturday was very nice and accommodating. Young man on Saturday in breakfast room was very nice and helped out.

Was put in an accessible room and that would be ok but, toilet was loose, shower was missing one head and the other would not stay up not to mention the spray was horrible. Light in the entry flickered like a horror movie

Ice machine was broken, breakfast was so-so, not all food options were available.

The bread was moldy, the milk expired and the cream cheese was left out instead of being refrigerated. The juice machine was out of service and the coffee was cold. The continental breakfast was very poorly run and made me sceptical of any food they had there. The fridge did not work and put water all over the floor. The parking lot was plowed but not shovelled. I should not have to step through deep snow to get to the front door 2 days in a row. I slip and fell by the posts on the overhang due to snow build up and it melting and then the cold temperatures showing up again. Room was clean and staff friendly but not well run.
