Away This hotel was far away from town. If you don't rent a car you will have to request a taxi and it can get a bit expensive. If you are planning on staying on the hotel only then this is the place for you. Not a lot of variety on the breakfast, it says Continental but it's only fruit, oatmeal and coffee/tea.

Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no running water or electricity, but were told both would be restored within the hour. However, an hour passed and nothing had changed. The cabin was extremely humid and dark, with no running or flushing water. Electricity and water were finally restored at 7:20 PM. The next morning, while having breakfast, both utilities went out again at 9:00 AM. We checked out at noon, and the power and water were still not back. I requested a refund, as the bare necessities were not available during our stay. I was told that refunds could not be issued, but was given a partial refund of my breakfast bill—$600 pesos (approximately $30 USD). It seems like this may be a recurring issue during the rainy season.

The road is awful and geolocalisation is not accurate.

Have seen better days The staff at this place is amazing ang very helpfull. But this place is not like the pictures! It’s old and it needs a brush up!! The pool wasn’t cleaned, our rooms weren’t cleaned once through our four nights and it rained through the roof.

Was very tired... quite a contrast to the photos wed seen. Felt let down

They made our stay inconvenient said they would refund extra charges for an extra room we did not even use. They said ******* would refund and nothing after a month. Food was horrible. Plus, the manager was rude. Do not waste your money or time staying here.
