Friendly employees, rapid customer service. Reasonable room rates. Peaceful and quiet, actually close to a great Mexican restaurant. The house keepers were friendly and respectful, I will surely be returning on my next trip to Mexico ..

Hotel que se encuentra bien ubicado, frente al malecón, no es lujoso pero tiene lo necesario para pasar una noche o dos, lo mejor del hotel es el servicio, las personas de recepción los jóvenes que atienden la recepción súper amables y te ayudan a buscar lugares bonitos para comer

Solo nos quedamos una noche de paso, pero la verdad deja mucho que desear, le falta limpieza y mantenimiento en general, no importaría mucho si cuando menos esa parte estuviera bien,; pero nuestro cuarto no estaba muy limpio y olía a humedad cuando entramos;por otro lado la cama está cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona bien , hay agua caliente y la vista del cuarto que nos tocó está linda, no hay elevador así que te recomiendo no venir con maletas grandes y pesadas, siento un poco elevado el precio para lo que es el hotel en general

Primero no hay agua caliente cuando te dicen que si hay, camas viejas, almohadas ni que decir, inco.odas y llenas de bolas, mueble de televisión viejo y manchado, ahora las toallas no sabes si son gris o blancas, no secan, y están a 3 de deshilarse. Puerta del baño manchada y sucia. Cabe mencionar que tengo varios años llegando aquí nunca me había tocado verlo tan decaído.

Tuve un descuido dejando mi iPad en el cuarto el último día, aun estando en la ciudad hablé para reportarlo porque en mi app de localización aparecía que ahí estaba la última vez de ese día, y fue apagada 2 horas después a mi check out. No se si fue algún otro huésped, porque no me consta. Lo que quiero opinar es que el personal del hotel fue muy amable, pero la política del hotel es no hacerse responsable monetariamente en ningún porcentaje. Mi Consejo es que cuiden muy bien sus cosas ya que el dueño no responde en nada. No cuentan con cámaras de seguridad y es su palabra contra la tuya. Así que solo tengan cuidado, hasta por el propio personal deberían como dueños apoyarlos con más herramientas.
