This place does the trick for one night. It’s in a good location, close to the ferry terminal and the main ***** of Chetumal, close to lots of lovely restaurants. A/C was a blessing. They couldn’t find my reservation, I had to pull it up on my phone and show them for them to believe me. The wifi didn’t work here, which it says it has online. The showers trickle out water and there is no hot water. For 2 people there was a 250ml bottle of water and we can’t drink the tap water. We found 2 cockroaches in the rooms as well. It gets the job done for one night and the price you pay.

Lugar céntrico, aire acondicionado, agua caliente, personal amable. Lo malo, un poco caro. Blancos en muy mal estado (sábanas, almohadas, cobertores). Necesitan mejorar el tema de la limpieza, tanto en habitaciones como en áreas comunes.
