Good reception，convenient way to any where and clean room and food

Staff friendly Breakfast was well cooked. Great selection Room clean Bed very comfortable The shower had good pressure lovely. The lady on the morning breakfast was lovely and very helpful. Central for all the amazing places to visit. Car park was only a few mins walk away. Will be back

My first ever visit to a Premier Inn and I was not disappointed. Reception easy, room spotless and comfortable, shower great and plenty of hot water. Room faced the street but I was not worried by any noise. I had the Meal Deal on my first evening. Good value. Breakfast well presented and cooked to order as there were not many guests. I do wonder what % meat content was in the sausages! One small downside (and I write as a senior citizen) a handrail in the shower cubicle would be an advantage. I will certainly use a Premier Inn in the future.

2 nights for £70 during the May heatwave was a great bargain. This fairly new hotel occupies the 1st & 2nd floors of a former Co-op department store, in a prominent and convenient town centre location. The bedroom air-con quickly reacted to the need for cold or warm air. Comfy little 2 seater couch for relaxing in. All the usual Premier Inn refinements. The restaurant is spacious and can seat a lot of people at a time. The evening service in particular was spot on, with the 2 young men who seem to be a regular pairing working very professionally and courteously together. If you arrive by train into Chesterfield, allow for a 10 minute steep uphill walk to the station. I used the hotel as a base for touring various local tourist attractions by bus and found the hotel well placed for this purpose. I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

A really nice Premier Inn located in the heart of historic Chesterfield, close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. A clean and secure multi storey car park is only 2 short 2 minute walk away, and very reasonable cost for overnight parking. Hotel is always clean, staff very friendly and helpful

I work in Chesterfield but live an hour away so sometimes need to stay over, this hotel has always been consistent in that it is kept clean, tidy and staff are always friendly. I called ahead on Sunday as I was going to be a later check in, which the member of staff remembered when I arrived. It was nice to have a polite bit of chit chat, then be left alone to enjoy a drink before heading to my room. Once again, it was really clean. The bathroom to be honest was sparkling. It's location to my workplace is perfect, but even if it wasn't, I wouldn't book anywhere else to be honest. Staying on my own, I always feel safe. Great stop over thank you.

We were greeted by Matt when we arrived to check in, he was extremely friendly and made the check-in process very smooth. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Due to the weather we decided to spend the evening at the hotel bar and again were served by Matt who was extremely attentive. In all honesty we would return because of the service we recieved from him. 10/10.
