Premier Inn Chester (Railway Station)

This hotel is in a great location for Chester City centre and the train station. The room was clean and staff were courteous and helpful.

The Premier Inn bed lived up to expectations as the best around for sleep quality. Breakfast was good. The hotel is well located for the railway station, there are several restaurants in the vicinity and it is an easy walk to the city centre. A bottle of water in the room would be welcome

5 Star service- asked for the change of the pillow( I am that fussy that I need soft but not too soft one) Food was very good - as always Kasia from the staff was very helpful in managing my dietary needs and advising on the siteseeing places and shopping spree nearby

I have stayed here before and it never disappoints - wonderfully ran by two great Managers. Perfectly situated close to the town centre and the train station, spotlessly clean rooms and just a genuine warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. We stayed for dinner and some drinks, food was great and well priced - Kasia behind the bar was lovely, excellent service and all with a smile 🌟

Excellent room, newly refurbished or that what it looks like. Stylish and comfortable. Clean. Bed is superb. Great location in the centre of Chester. Very good value. Only drawback is lack of parking. Parking in the station carpark is expensive.

I stayed here for 1 night. as I was working in the area and needed a place to stay that was not over expensive and near the train station. Compared to other hotels within the area that I looked at, this one was one of the cheapest and you generally know what you are getting with a Premier Inn. My room was clean, spacious and had all the things that I needed, including plug sockets by the bed. There were no issues with my room and I had a good night sleep. Breakfast was standard buffet style and I had no issues. The only issue that I did find was that, as Premier Inn are obviously keeping staff costs down the the staff members appear to cover reception and the bar which meant having to wait a while to get served at the bar. However, the Hotel is a short walk from the station and into town, where there are a variety of pubs and places to eat. I would stay here again for work and for visiting Chester.
