Premier Inn Chester Central (South East)

Just had a lovely 2 night stay at this Premier.. in our eyes it’s one of the lovely ‘old school’ types - receptionist there to greet and book you in, you can actually open your window!! (We’ve stayed at a few faceless/self check in premiers, sealed windows!) much prefer this type! Friendly lady checked us in, other staff we met along the way very polite. Room very clean, fresh bedding, nice big TV! Nice to help yourself to tea/coffee etc at reception. Barely heard other guests, all in all a great stay!! Sainsburys literally a 5 minute walk away very handy.

Really lovely and helpful staff a comfortable room with a great bed and sized room bath in the bathroom - always a bonus for me. breakfast was simple and great quality and a good price perfect stay for me I would happily recommend and stay again

We recently stayed at this Premier and to start with the recommended Sat Nav directions do not give the correct location of the Premier Inn. It is on The Huntingdon Road opposite Sainsburys. The car parking is good and the staff are very friendly. The room we stopped in was also very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately Whitbread's have closed the pub next door which is disappointing as the pub, I am sure will have been well used by visitors and locals alike. Although Sainsburys is opposite and there is a Starbucks in store, it does have limited opening times. I would use this Premier again but only for a night if passing through.

I only slept here, I never ate or had breakfast. Good parking, but no EV charging facility, which is disappointing. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and typical Premier Inn standards, not the Savoy, but comfy, the shower had good pressure. Room was warm, be it not a warm evening outside, however the hotel obviously are aware of this and the room had a fan in it. Basic coffee and tea facilities, overal a decent night sleep and thats all I wanted.

Hotel as expected with premier inn, although the new in-house dining concept is dire. I sincerely hope that someone from senior management realises that this change in direction from a nice pub environment is going to deter people from staying. Been using premier inn for years, but will certainly avoid any that have a facility like this again!

I got hit by a snowstorm whilst driving home from an airport. I pulled up by the hotel in the middle of the night. Jason and TJ were some of the kindest and incredibly helpful staff,helping me out throughout my unexpected stay. Thank you so much
