It was normal for a hotel. However, there was a slight vinegar-like smell in the room...
Tolworth itself is a bit far from central London, and the nearest train service seems to be suspended on weekends, so you'll need to take the bus.

Our overall experience was great. What we will never forget is the hospitality and professionalism of Roy during our evening meal. He made us comfortable and inquired about our experience any time he offered a meal or drink. We are really impressed.

Travelled 2 hours to arrive Boxing Day 11am, family room booked (2 kids) with early check-in. Was turned away and told to return later because "Hotel is fully booked." To be fair, when we checked in at 6.45pm, the 2 members of staff were keen to rectify the situation as best as possible. On 27/12, I contacted Premier Inn directly to ask them to commend these staff members, but also to complain at initial treatment. They emailed back and offered me a measly £10 back.

Great hotel. Great staff, awsome breakfast. Reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend. No draft beer weekend before Xmas. Delivery Monday. Should really be fully stocked. Only very minor issue. Bed superb, room clean and tidy. No USB ports for charging phones.

The bed was comfortable.The stay was good. The service was great. Shangara helped us choose the menu. The location is great. Very near to Tolworth station. There are trains to Waterloo station. So you can reach central London easily. So many restaurants nearby. Indian restaurant Dosa is nearby. Wimbledon is nearby.

Ideal location for the station, 25 minutes to London waterloo, value for money, lovely room, comfortable, clean, & the staff were really friendly, we had an evening meal, it was really nice, the service was excellent, I would definitely go to this hotel again
