The photos are nice and attractive. The welcome staff nice and helpful. But this stop here. We were so disappointed. - The bed for the kid was not made and we had to prepare it. - The baby bed was missing parts and not usable. At least the staff could recover a piece of wood. - Some furniture is totally broken and other missing (the fridge) - The room is very noisy: you have the ventilation of the kitchen from 5am to 24h. - Needless to say that not nice unless you spend your time at the bar ! - The room is too warm and no control on the temperature. There is nor breakfast on weekend! This is the most surprising. At least you need to make a deal with the bars and restaurants around. Or provide a coffee machine in the rooms. There was no staff for check out. As for the restaurant: - The welcoming is cold and almost inexistant - The staff is stressed and under pressure - When you ask for your drink, the answer is "I dont make them. You need to wait. There is a lot of people". When the restaurant has only 10 tables occupied! - The sign says "large choice of biers". But when you ask I would like to try something new they only propose "Carlsberg". Interesting for a bar. It is OK if you want to sit and chat with friends but this is not a restaurant. All this could be OK, if we were charges 90 and not 170. This is not really a hotel. But a room to sleep into. I had better in youth hostels.

Never again!!! Music audible in the room under the roof!! until 1.40 AM. No place to put your toiletries in the bathroom (total emptiness). Small room, without soul and no breakfast on weekends and all this for CHF 130.- per night. What a steal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attention ! fuyez , direction malhonnête. cet établissement ne rembourse pas les annulations, c’est très nuisible pour l’image de cet hôtel . Réservation pour une nuit en janvier que j’ai du annulée , la somme avait été prélevée dès la réservation , et toujours pas de remboursement, malgré plusieurs mails appels et contact service client booking! pourtant dans mon droit .

Belle terrasse à la bonne saison. Grand pub à la décoration intérieure un peu datée. Bon choix de bières. Service variable, parfois très efficace et parfois nul ! Souvent le personnel est incompétent pour changer un fût de bière !!!!! un comble pour un pub... L'organisation, la gestion, semble en dessous de tout... y a du boulot !

Service catastrophique, boisson oubliée 2 fois et reçu 3 fois les mauvaises, en plus c est hors de prix, ils ont de la chance d avoir une belle terrasse. Cet établissement devrait serieusement se remettre en question, dommage c etait bien il y a quelques années

Que dire : c'est un lieu connu de longue date loin à la ronde mais dans lequel je n'avais jamais mangé. J'ai saisi l'occasion d'un rendez-vous proche du domicile de mon ami pour étrenner le restaurant (je précise, TripAdvisor ne fait malheureusement pas la distinction entre l'hôtel et le restaurant!) à midi avec un des menus du jour proposés, à-savoir les filets de perche (bien entendu pas du lac à ce prix, mais ce n'est pas forcément un critère pour moi, cf. mes précédents avis) , accompagnés de frites et salade et d'un dessert. Assuré par une jeune dame, le service était pour ma part et contrairement à certains avis exprimés plutôt sympathique et efficace. Il est vrai que le restaurant - doté de plusieurs grands espaces - n'était de loin pas plein... Alors ces filets de perche ? Pas terribles, mous et pas croustillants mais sans que je puisse dire qu'ils étaient immangeables... d'où cette note moyenne. Soyons clairs, malgré sa réputation je n'y retournerai pas spécialement.

Des serveurs antipathique qui font la gueule. Qui vois donne pas la bonne commande et qui sont à la limite de la politesse. Même pas capable de dire bonjour quand vous êtes le seul client à l intérieur du pub. Endroit à éviter et faite quelques km de plus pour avoir du plaisir

Nous sommes aller manger à midi (menu du jour). La serveuse n’a pas écouté notre demande de cuisson, quand nous avons renvoyé une assiette en cuisine, car viande cuite bleue au lieu de bien cuite, on a entendu le cuisinier s’énerver et nous critiquer. Un peu plus tard la serveuse s’est bagarrée avec le cuisinier, avec forces d’insultes, et lorsque j’ai bruyamment raclé ma gorge, elle nous a dit « ah! Désolée j’avais oublié que vous étiez là » avant d’en remettre « une couche » avec le cuisinier, puis d’aller s’énerver contre d’autres clients à une autre table… Service déplorable, nourriture médiocre, à éviter
