Upon arrival the staff were not welcoming and uninterested. The room's smoke alarm had been ripped off, the microwave was missing, there was no toilet paper, the floor was very dirty, the bed was very hard and they would not provide an extra blanket. The air conditioner was noise and would turn off and on during the night. The iron left a stain on my shirt when first used. Only half the cooking utensils were supplied. The staff were not interested in my issues. A day later toilet paper was supplied and a microwave supplied. I eventually checkout early and there was no refund.

Nice hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good but wished they had sausage gravy for the biscuits. It is a quiet location and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The rooms are nice and clean as well as up to date. The area is quiet and safe.

Went to Extended Stay America for MEAC weekend with friends. The rooms were clean and staff was nice. Site is close to shopping center and mall . Which was also walking distance. I could sure get my required steps for my daily exercise. Wish they had elevator but I was on the second floor so not to bad to carry luggage. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I traveled a long way and was greeted with a smile by Michelle and Shani , I was able to check in early without any hassle , room was clean and smelled good , area is near a lot of restaurants, great place to stay when you need to be away from home !!!!

hotel was a mess from the last time i stayed which was back in 2023 but the new management attitude is very friendly and helpful. even though her staff is not as strong as she is i can see this place taking a turn for the good. the breakfast was nice and full even though its hand foods but the cleanliness is appreciated.

The hotel was going through the changes of different management and i had a really nice time, the new management is very kind the staff is really changing a lot of the reasons i would not like to come to this hotel is due to staff and cleanliness, but she is tackling these issues every day. I'll definitely be coming back.
