My review of the Hampton Inn in Norfolk Chesapeake Dysfunctional AC is loud and runs too hot or too cold Dirty AC unit and the bathroom is not the best Loud and squeaky bathroom exhaust fan The room is small and appears dated. The staff is friendly and helpful when you have a concern.

Customer service is amazing! Especially Karen, she was so attentive with the breakfast- which was great! Excellent stay! right off the interstate, in a corporate park area- which I used for morning 🏃.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, sink didn’t drain, toilet barely flushed, ac barely worked and was louder than a train, shower was dingy, and there was no hand soap.

Quick Trip Quick overnight stay--would like to have a USB port to charge my Apple watch. Most hotels offer this now. Also, the in-room coffee was AWFUL! The service was great, as was the comfort of the bed.

The bathroom smelled like sewage all of the time. The door to the room was extremely heavy and hard to open. The toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall.

No working ac/heat/fan in room. Wall thermostat and floor unit in front of the window. Neither worked. I need some kind of fan and air flow in hotels to sleep. Too much hallway and outside noise. Also hard to get ready after showering in a hot room.
