Parking is not free, it is more troublesome. The environment is not bad, the sanitary conditions are average, the toilet is dirty, just bear with it, the location is good, next to the high street, very good

Location of this property is spot-on for town and the local hospital. Close to bus and train links. Well maintained property, good car park with payment via app. Polite, professional and friendly staff.

Arriving at the hotel tired from work, checking in and having a problem with the room is the worst thing that can happen. Luckily I met Sameena working there, who was very kind and understanding and did her best to sort it out and make my stay a happy one. Thank you very much Sameena!

My experience was very good in this hotel. I went there with my family. Ww stayed in a family room. It has got bathtub. Room was big. Very clean also. Toilet was also very clean. Bathtub was big and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Sameena, the receptionist gave us the room 310. And the view was very nice from top. She informed us where we can eat and buy regular necessary things. She booked us a taxi for the city tour. She was very sweet. The location was very good. Nearby railway station and town centre. I will definitely go to this hotel again.

The rooms looked fresh, the water pressure in the shower was great and the bathroom itself - still fresh from renovation. Kettle in the room with refreshments and additional sachets at reception. Good bed and extra pillows. Nicely sized room. WE had a great stay and at a much more reasonable price than the nearbye hotels. Will stay again.

Sameen was so incredible. Also Kazmi also was incredible. Throughout my stay as I was council booking I found these two receptionist were amazing. Room is good bed were comfy and cleaned washroom . Don’t know how to complete 200 words but it’s all from mysie thanks
