Horrible There was no one at the counter multiple times. And the tilet wouldnt flush. Customer servive was horrible.

There was no housekeeping. My family of 4 was given 2 towels. If we qanted more, we had to carry souled ones down to 1st floor and exchange them. We chose the property so kids could swim,- and pool is not even in service. Water is green.

Average Average room. Not bad for the price but nothing deluxe. It was relatively clean. TV channels poor. Breakfast minimal.

The front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Very convenient to restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

Why have a vending machine if it doesn't work? When I arrived they informed me they moved me to a different type of room. I was fine with it as long as the new room had the same amenities I needed and paid extra for. (I reserved a suite because I needed a microwave and refridgerator.) I was told the new room did not have those items and I could come to the lobby for a microwave.

Appreciated control of air conditioning and shower temperature. Also, available coffee and ice water all day. Breakfast offered more than the usual continental options. Only criticism is cable television went out at odd times

It is advertised as no pets allowed, but there was a cat roaming the lobby. The floor microwave was filthy, as well as the welcome mats in the lobby. The extra lock on my room door was broken. The television reception was horrible and the sound was so low you couldn't hear it. Poor choices for breakfast. There was a disturbance in the parking lot that required 6 police officers. The check in worker was never at the counter. They were always outside smoking. We checked out a day early and they charged us $155 plus fees/taxes. What a waste.

While the staff was friendly, the pest problem is hard to overlook. After a renovation and pest control, this hotel has potential.
