Huge room!!! Love bathroom as it has big tub!!! Staffs are very friendly.

every thing was 1st class, we enjoyed our stay, would love to stay again

Cherokee Resort is a clean place with a good Christmas atmosphere.

The resort itself is very easy to visit, and the service is very good

Room was dirty I have pictures ! Hair everywhere, debris in the sink , hair in one of the two beds , there was a tip from previous clean still in the envelope !! No worries it was left for the next cleaner . Of course I work hospitality so I didn’t want to stir the pot and dealt with it but I would have left if there was another property with an indoor pool . Secondly the front end lady was dismissive and rude with the several questions I had this place is huge and it was the first time staying on property . not that it matters this place generates well just having the ****** , but I won’t be back .

too far from ****** even when it's all covered and indoors. Lack of dining choices without leaving the resort/ ******. Only one real sit down breakfast choice and all places had unusual hours.

This is a very clean ******, Hotel is nice, food was great and all and all a good experience. We will be back.

Rooms were updated and clean. Restaurants in hotel were quality. Staff very friendly. No housekeeping for rooms unless you paid additional fee. Room extras like coffee were not initially available. Had to make special trip to get items for room. Charged resort fee daily that was not posted with room rate.

The room was mostly clean, but the cigarette smell was horrible. I had to use my inhaler multiple times. We travel with 2 small dogs and that is why we were placed in a smoking room. My dogs are much cleaner than any smoker is!! There should be another option for those traveling with service dogs.

Check in experience is great. Love the kiosk for self check in. Wanted a late check out but they couldn’t due to it being start of the weekend. Made sense. If you plan to spend time at ******, just know it’s really large. A lot of walking from rooms, through ******, restaurants and parking. It’s convenient to have everything in one spot, just plan to walk. Lights won’t work unless you push the eco button when you first walk in. There is a mattress protector on the bed… but no fitted sheet. So, they just use a regular sheet… and one toss and turn and it’s off the bed. Pretty weird and uncomfortable. Pillows are small and air thin. Oh, restaurants are over priced and not great quality. Except for Ruth’s Chris. It’s expensive but quality matches.

The room was awesome but you had to walk down two long hallways with room for smokers. It reeked of smoke. We stayed one night and got little sleep. The room next to us was banging on the wall and playing with some kind of whistle. I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Talk to the front desk at check out and they said I should have requested a new room at 2 a.m. seriously!

Finding things was very confusing. Poor signage, and each place gave wrong info about other places. Restaurants were not equipped to deal with enough people. The automated text system gave false info several times

Me and my fiance had an amazing time. The establishment was very classy and I do not have anything bad to say about it. 5 stars..
